CONTENT OF THE TOUR
• Welcome room: The True Story of L’Occitane.
Video: Research & Development and Quality Laboratories
• Discovery of the Factory: From the cosmetics manufacturing workshop to the shipping area, the factory tour will include a visit to our laboratories, to the areas where our tubes and bottles are finished, to the area where our candles and soaps are manufactured and to where our labels are stored.
Video: Manufacturing workshop – Logistics department
• Sensorial workshop: Presentation of our main ingredients, their origins and properties.
Length: 1 hour 15 minutes
Languages: French and English
Notes: Upon request, a special program can be proposed for disabled people. Animals are forbidden inside the factory.
The factory is closed during two weeks of the year: 3rd week of August and 3rd week of December.
